In Oklahoma, all 48 colleges and universities have shut down for the holidays, and students have packed it home (hopefully with a little boar meat to share with their families). In nearby Norman, the University of Oklahoma is celebrating a phenomenal regular season in football with a resounding cry of “BOOMER! SOONER!”
Okay, so we’re not here to write a Christmas letter, but we did want to reflect on what amounted to a lovely year at Hog Wild -- a lovely end to summer and gorgeous fall weather made for some extremely memorable hunts. We’ve watched families make life-long memories and friendships grow more robust in the great Oklahoman outdoors. The gorgeous weather is not all that we have cause to celebrate this holiday season:
- We hosted countless successful hunts on our property with a 100% success rate! We’re committed to contributing to the ease of your hunt experience so that you can focus on the quality time you will have with your friends, kids or family.
- We completed the lodge on our property, giving families and friends an exciting space to wind down from a dynamic and exciting day of hog hunting, and we look forward to continuing to provide that space for our guests in 2020!
- We installed six Redneck Blinds for comfort and precision hunting on the property. We know that a lot of folks will be having a wonderful time at Hog Wild with their loved ones in the near future -- partially because of how transformative these blinds are to the hunt experience.
In 2020, we are looking forward to doing even more to expand the beauty and allure of our property for hog hunting. Oklahoma offers nothing but enriching outdoor experiences -- plus, we have no shortage of hogs for you to come hunt. Trust us, you’ll be doing local farmers a favor by taking a trophy at Hog Wild.
